  Here are some of the premade jewelry pieces I lost when Hurricane Helene slammed the Gulf Coast of Madeira Beach, Florida. The storm surge and flood waters busted in the double doors of our shop Spigg Island located on Madeira Way in September of 2024... with it, it took our a sense of our livelihood, our investments and a HUGE piece of our hearts. Like others in our community, we were devastated by the aftermath of the storm. Our area was ravaged. So many businesses and homes were damaged beyond repair. Our community was unrecognizable in areas and many were left homeless and out of work. Still to this day clean up efforts are being made. But on the flip side of the coin, it has been amazing to see everyone come together and slowly rebuild. We all lost so much. I lost 5+ years of my life investing in becoming a silversmith in just a few short hours of the storm ripping through our area.
