Welcome! I'm Jen ( JFlow )... creator, designer and driving force behind Element & Flow. Being raised on the beautiful west coast beaches of Florida... my work is highly inspired by our surrounding nature, human connection and emotion. Each unique piece is created with the utmost intention. I personally select every stone & workable materials. No two custom pieces are ever made the same... Unique just like you and me.
About a decade ago, I started traveling and working many Gem & Jewelry trade shows around Florida with my hubby. I initially began making intentional Mala necklaces and healing bracelets with natural stone beads, crystals and trinkets that I would collect along our travels and show journeys. I loved working with the different crystal energies and found the knotting & various macrame techniques very mediative. I few years into creating beaded jewelry, I discovered a local art school ( The Morean Art Center, In downtown St. Pete ) that offered beginner classes in silver smithing and I absolutely fell in love with that medium. Working with metal and fire was both exhilarating and challenging but I simply could not get enough... I found my true passion on the very first day of class and have been smithing ever since.
I display and sell a lot of my art and jewelry pieces in our gift shop SPIGG ISLAND in beautiful Madeira Beach, Florida just little further north than John's Pass Village.
